General Manager, Shen Siyin,  has more than 20 years experience in the car parts manufacturing and sales management. In 2004, he was rewarded the MBA degree by Fu Dan University.

Management representative, Shen Song He began the career in Hong Rui at 2004, before was in Jiangsu Asian Star Anchor Chain Co., Ltd as sales manager. He graduated from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2009, with a master degree in management and marketing.   

Chief of the technical  & Assistant of the GM, Liu Gang, he joined the company in 2011, he is the expert in the door check and hinge designing with more than ten years’ experience. 

Vice General Manager, Li Debin, he joined the company in 2013, in charge of manufacturing management. He is experienced in this area with more than 15 years experience. He graduated in Chong Qing University with degree in management.

Chief of the  R&D, Deng Hongbing, he joined the company in 2012. He has 15 years experience in module designing and maunfacturing.
